I have a Bobs jack plate. I recently purchased a replacement solenoid assembly. I was having trouble removing the original backing plate and sent a question to tech support for advice. They responded quickly and gave me some suggestions. Then I asked about help purging and flushing the hydraulic pump and system and i received a very prompt response with directions. Buyer beware... I purchased an oil catch can and when I received it it was missing a part. Contacted their customer service email address multiple times and still no resolution. It has been almost 3 weeks and they haven't sent the part yet. Customer service is horrible!!
