I want to thank the wonderful gentleman at Bob’s locksmith who kindly helped me on Friday, October16th. I went in the store with a broken key stuck in the lock of my doorknob. He was patient and kind as he removed the broken key and made me a new key. I went to pay him and he said...... have a good weekend! I felt so touched by his act of kindness and professional manner.
