Oh my goodness, this man is an angel! I found myself in the embarrassing situation of being locked out of my house and was terribly upset. He said he'd arrive in 30 minutes but was there in 20. He was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about my keyless entry lock system (I thought they were invented to prevent the mishap of locking your keys in the house in the first place 🤔). We locked ourselves out of our house on a rainy Sunday morning and he came out promptly and figured out the easiest way for us to get back in.

I ended up having to call and cancel because someone came along and helped us out but Bob was understanding and professional about the situation. Seems very professional.
