Great service. Fast, easy, friendly great experience overall!
Terrible customer service. I called just to get a basic estimate to fix a single spoke, and the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He refused to give any kind of price range and kept repeating, “Bring the bike.” When I asked again, he snapped and told me, “If you don’t like it, go to another shop.” If this is how they treat potential customers over the phone, I can’t imagine how bad the service is in person. Avoid this place at all costs.
Great shop. Opened in 1951 and Bob’s owned it for 35 years! I needed a backup key for my motorcycle and Bob made it for me. If you love Americana, this is a great example of it.
