I went to Bob's for a repair to my watch. Very friendly greeting and in my case, same day service at a very reasonable rate. Before turning my watch over, I was told about a problem with my watch crystal, and I promised to call in advance and come back soon for the next repair. I was surprised that they still had my name in their database after going in for another repair nearly 10 years ago. That's remarkable!
