Bob Jewel Shop opened in 1984 in historic downtown Lumberton,N C. As the times changed we moved to our current location in 1998. This free standing location has 2900 square foot with over 40 showcases that helped us to increase our selection. We were able to increase the size of our repair shop to give a quicker turnaround on repairs. A laser welder was added to the shop enabling us to work on almost any piece of jewelry. I went to Bob's for a repair to my watch. Very friendly greeting and in my case, same day service at a very reasonable rate. Before turning my watch over, I was told about a problem with my watch crystal, and I promised to call in advance and come back soon for the next repair. I was surprised that they still had my name in their database after going in for another repair nearly 10 years ago. That's remarkable!
