Spa just delivered! I absolutely love it. Derrick and his crew were courteous and professional. Explained and took their time reviewing how to operate and care for the spa. Shout out to Pittsburgh Mike cool salesman. 😊 Great buying experience and they didn’t leave it in my front yard like the last company 😊😊
Great service in the store with personalized help. Delivery process was smooth and the delivery men were very courteous and cleaned up everything afterwards. I had questions about the chemicals and spa settings the day after delivery and when I called the store Tom was very helpful in explaining everything. Great experience all around! I would highly recommend this company. Love my new spa!
LEAKED FROM DAY ONE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a first time customer with Bob’s Intowne Spas. I had my brand new hot tub delivered and installed on Friday, 9/8/17 which leaked from day one. The delivery personnel not only left me with a leaking tub but a mess. They drilled in the sides of the tub and sawed the lift bar in order to install, leaving behind metal and plastic burrs. In March I attended the MD Home and Garden show with the intent to look for a new hot tub. I ran into Jesse and he was the nicest salesman that I have met in a long time. He talked to me about the selection of hot tubs Bob's Intowne could offer and was a joy to work with. I just had my hot tub delivered a week ago and the technicians were easy to work with and very accommodating. Overall my experience has been top-notch :) I definitely recommend Bob Intowne Spas to my friends and people looking for a quality product.

I only have experience with the service department due to getting our spa used from a friend. Chris was so great to work with in figuring out what we really needed to get our spa working at its best without unnecessary expenses. The service guys who came out left notes and parts explaining what had been done. They were awesome! Thanks guys.
