Bob has a bad attitude ,they installed a refurbished alternator on my car and I drove it to San Jose and it broke down there. The mechanics diagnosis : Faulty alternator. Thanks Bob !! a$$hole !! take your Business elsewhere he's not worthy.
RecommendedI’ve been dealing with Bob & Jason for over 15 years. They do all my car repairs along with tires. You just have to over look Bob he’s just naturally grumpy but a very nice guy.
I took my wife's car in to get the alternater replaced and instead of putting a new one in he opted to go with a refurbished one saying it would work just as good..We made it to San Jose but on the way back our car died out at the truck stop. We called for a ride back to dp. and went to go tow our car at the truck stop the next day but when we got there it was gone.
