Honestly can't describe how positive this experience, from booking with Maria to the service itself. I had all three of my indoor and outdoor units cleaned and Brody was excellent, friendly and efficient. I needed follow up service and a technician named Darren came out who instantly diagnosed my issue with one of my units and quickly went to get the parts and resolve the issue that same day. Excellent experience, highly recommend.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The installation technicians were punctual, cleaned up the work area and very accommodating to our situation as well.
Avoid. Unprofessional.
I certainly had quite a few issues, but none that Bob's couldn't fix. They made multiple visits to my home to fix each issue. My outmost appreciation to Maria, Richard, Alan and to Brody, Alex and Matt for handling everything. All is working great.
