We have a home warranty and this is the only company who would come out and fix our furnace. He has been out 4 times and hasn't fixed our furnace. Would never recommend to anybody unless you like to freeze in the winter.

i would give 0 stars if it was an option. there is no way this guy would be in business if it wasn’t for him being contracted through home warranties. i am a very young homeowner and feel like he thought he could take advantage of me. he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. he left trash in our yard. AC wasn’t blowing cool air, he told us it was the thermostat (it wasn’t and we explained that), so then he said it was low refrigerant and we needed to clean the outdoor unit and replace the air filters and it would b... read more
