If you had a problem it should have been brought to our attention promptly so the matter could have been corrected immediately. I've been dealing with Bob's Guns for some time now, and I have never had a problem. If Peter did not have what I was looking for, he would order it and I would have no issue with the shipping cost of transfer fees. Maybe some people want something for nothing, but that's not how it works, you have to pay for it.

I have dealt with Bob's Guns for years but no longer. There is an employee in charge of shipping and receiving that truly believes in gouging his customers. He also has a very bad attitude when asked simple questions and replies with a sarcastic answer. I will never deal with Bob's Guns again and if I told my best friend about this place I'd warn him about their service and prices. Buyer beware.
