I've used Bob Sr & Bob Jr for 20 years. Once, they changed an alternator on Monday and it didn't work, got a bigger one Tuesday and it didn't work, got a even bigger one Wednesday and it didn't work. Told me I would have to take it to the dealer cause they couldn't fix it. Tried to pay them and they said no, if we can't fix it, you don't owe us anything. That is Why I trust them, honest to God, they are honest mechanics!
You will never meet a more honest person than Bob...except for his son who works with him! They are genuinely interested in helping their customers. We trust them completely!
I’ve never met mechanics as honest and straight forward as bob and Bobby. They don’t care about the money, they care about the quality of the job and customer satisfaction. If they can not replace it they will give you a good recommendation to someone that can. Story short, they treat your car as if it was theirs and that is extremely rare!
The best place to get your car worked on, period. I have used them for ten years and probably six or seven cars. They are a great deal, they fix tough problems, and you can trust their advice on whether you really need something repaired. Highly recommended.
Ive always been happy with any work that has been performed out of this garage.
