Left a message with their answering service over the weekend. As of Wednesday morning, I haven’t heard from anyone. Tried calling them at 8 AM on Wednesday and got the answering service. Was told they don’t come in until 815 even though Google says 8 AM. Called back at 8:30 and still got the answering service. I’ll be using someone else.
Definitely not a fake account just another customer you lost for your lack of communication skills and customer service
Wish their was an option for zero Stars! Lady on the phone has a serious issue with power and being condescending with her tone! Rude argumentive and God forbid you want to get a word in!
