Bob's feel refused to do an emergency delivery after they failed to deliver as promised and were paid ahead. They stated that they were too busy on the day that they were supposed to deliver so they just decided not to let us know and just not show up. Called SEVERAL times to get a delivery but now we are out of oil and they decided that wasn't an emergency situation even with single digit temps.
Kind and professional staff. Bob's is the best choice for fuel in the area.
