Excellent reliable care
Bob's "unfriendly" service. Brought my car in for an oil change and left the keys with one of his mechanics. I went back and told the owner (who was now in) I would wait in the waiting area because I was in no rush and would work on my phone. He said "wait for what?" I replied "my car", and I then asked if it was ok to wait. He rolled his eyes, got into a customer's car, completely ignoring me, and drove off.
