This company was the absolute worst. I dealt with multiple people, and they were all truly terrible. They threatened to sell my carpet at several points. They promised me two guys would deliver my incredibly heavy wool carpet, and they didn’t on both pickup and drop-off, and they asked that I help them. I have back issues, and I told them this, and when I told them I couldn’t help, they said that they would sell my carpet. They told me that they would arrive between 9 and 11 AM.
