We needed a quick pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a Lexus RX 350 before buying, and James was incredibly helpful. He managed to fit us in despite the time-sensitive situation and got everything checked promptly. We also went ahead with the recommended repairs, and everything was completed exactly as promised. The customer service was excellent, and they were very accommodating with our timing. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here today. While I was on the phone trying to resolve an inquiry, the representative abruptly put me on an extended hold simply because a customer walked into the shop. Being treated as a second-class priority just because I’m calling rather than standing in the building is unprofessional. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and being left in 'phone limbo' while they prioritized a walk-in is unacceptable. I hope they rethink their multitasking or staf... read more
