5* for service ...but...!!!! GET A QUOTE IN ADVANCE !!! If you dont want sticker shock round the block !!! Over $450 to replace rubber on 2 - 9' doors, in and out of our farm gate in 20 mins exactly...job took less than 10 mins...other 10 mins was assessing for a quote on Lift Masters and a phone call to me. Had I have had a quote in advance, I would have used pool noodles and done it myself...simply mouse proofing a garage on a farm.
Came out after hours and fixed door issue. Top drawer.
I meant to post this for a while: There are so much great things about this business: when in August my garage doors system fried due to the electric surge, I called Bob’s door. Tammy dispatched Mark. He was at our place in 2min and got the doors temporarily working while ordering a system. Highly recommended. A.S.
Excellent experience with Bob’s Door Service from start to finish. Michelle was great to deal with very friendly helpful and easy to communicate with. They removed the old door, and installed the new garage door quickly and cleanly. The workmanship looks great and everything operates smoothly. They answered all my questions and made sure the opener was hooked up properly before leaving. I would highly recommend Bob’s Door Service to anyone looking for a new garage door or installation.
