Bob's have replaced springs on both our garage doors this summer as they broke 1 month apart. The response was prompt both times with very pleasant office staff, and knowledgeable and skilled work by a team of two in August (forgot names) and most recently by Matt. I have used the service in the past and continue to recommend Bob's team.
If I could rate them higher, I would. Barely 12 hours after my email inquiry, they had Matt come out and repair my garage door on the spot. Friendly, professional and fast! What more could you ask for.

What excellent service from the moment Candy answered the phone. She dispatched Mark and Rory immediately. Quickly replaced and coded new openers for us...ours had been stolen out of our cars .....my stress level off the charts. This company no question would be my immediate recommendation and will.of course be our go to in future.
