Excellent experience with Bob’s Door Service from start to finish. Michelle was great to deal with very friendly helpful and easy to communicate with. They removed the old door, and installed the new garage door quickly and cleanly. The workmanship looks great and everything operates smoothly. They answered all my questions and made sure the opener was hooked up properly before leaving. I would highly recommend Bob’s Door Service to anyone looking for a new garage door or installation.
Bob's have replaced springs on both our garage doors this summer as they broke 1 month apart. The response was prompt both times with very pleasant office staff, and knowledgeable and skilled work by a team of two in August (forgot names) and most recently by Matt. I have used the service in the past and continue to recommend Bob's team.
If I could rate them higher, I would. Barely 12 hours after my email inquiry, they had Matt come out and repair my garage door on the spot. Friendly, professional and fast! What more could you ask for.
