The training is well organized and having a pool on site is a plus. The issue comes from the staff and specifically Ed. If you don't spend your money in the store you get on their bad side. The other issue is that they are very cliquey. If you don't have money then they tend to ignore you on boat trips. I went through my training and then spent $3500 on new gear but every time I went on a boat trip ( I did almost every trip in my first year) I would get a halfhearted greeting from Ed and then he wouldn't even acknowledge me ... read more
