I ordered 2 pieces of furniture, a modular couch and entertainment center. It's taken several delays due to damaged and broken pieces, out of stock items, and five seperate visits from Bob's to get the complete set. I've tried communicating with corporate customer service and they hung up on my last call. I've had to accept damaged items just so I can get the furniture. They tried to assemble the entertainment center, but were missing screws, so I'm awaiting for my 6th visit.
