Always an easy and smooth experience at Bob’s. No pressure or aggressiveness. I have shopped at the Caesar’s Bay location a few times with the same salesperson. Kenny is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable and content with your decision. I will definitely be back! Thanks.

By far the worst experience buying furniture ,My wife and I just moved in to a new home and needed a new couch we found one that we really like and ordered it online with the white glove service .My wife and I chose the couch to be delivered on Friday the 13th upon checking there track they said that delivery arrived at 10:15 and left 10:30 and took a picture of the back of the building.
