Great customer service. Sandy was wonderful and professional. I would highly recommend other people.
The store has a pleasant layout so navigating is easy and relaxing. The sales associates do a quick introduction, than leave you alone to walk around. When needed they were knowledgeable and patient. I left with a new sectional.
We checked all types of patio umbrellas at Home Depot, Lowe's and online, none of them were built with the quality that Bob's patio umbrella was for a dollar more then their cheaper quality. It is 10' as the others were 11' and some were 12' and 10' also, but the quality of design was way better, well worth the price.
