Great purchase experience - fast and friendly
I was lied and told it was 60 months no interest. Once I run my credit and complete the purchase and driving home I realize that I was going to be charged 9.99% interest per month. The sales person and manager said there was nothing they could do so I cancelled the order however ni my credit score was impacted because someone lied to make a sale. Be cautious when dealing with Bob’s furniture
I had a issue with the goof protection plan not honoring a full credit on my sectional I purchased that was damaged. I spoke with the manager Jordan and completely understood my frustrations. He made things right with us and the sales associate that helped us when we came in did a great job with helping us. They completely restored my faith in Bob's discount furniture. Great job team.
