I had a wonderful experience shopping at bobs! Deborah spent three hours working with me one on one to be sure we found the perfect fit for me. She was very kind, welcoming, and supportive. I felt like she truly cared about me and ensuring I got the right stuff I wanted. She did not push or try to upsell me. She has answered any and all questions I have thrown her way.
