This isn't about a specific store but rather their customer service and corporate leadership team. They couldn’t tell me where my item was and when I was going to ship for 6 weeks — then when I requested to cancel they told me they couldn’t because it was going to ship. It’s like the opposite game. If you want info they don’t have it and apparently don’t have the power to help you. I’d avoid the headache- there are other stores with better customer service.
