Simon and Ross were great! They helped me to find exactly what I needed. All with in under a half hour. The price was very fair too.
Nightmare logistics, broken promises, and total corporate incompetence. My rating is 1 star due to an absolute circus of customer service failures, unreturned calls, and delivery blunders by Bob's corporate logistics. After dealing with a hostile store manager at the Taylor location who lied about inventory availability and misled me into signing unauthorized order paperwork, I had to do my own administrative legwork. I have always thought Bob's was low end furniture but after looking at gardener white and some other places I realized Bob's was just as good or even better quality. Went to the livonia store and met a salesman named Tony and he was a great guy and didn't pressure me about making a purchase, I ended up buying a 1,000 $ recliner if you need furniture go see Tony you won't find a better guy i had a great experience and will go back.
