This was the second time I was at bobs the first time I thought it was over priced , this time I took my time and was helped by Ali he was great help found just what I wanted two couches two lamps and end table , got a great price , I walked out happy about everything I wanted and very happy , I will be back
Bobs Livonia, my salesman Kayden was the best ever! He offered to wheel me around in wheelchair to look at their store. I went in wanting a lounge and chair having surgery next week for me to have for recovery. My furniture here now is so old no support! He was so knowledgeable, Helpful, polite funny my daughter and granddaughter went with me. Found the perfect product- smaller dinette set to fit my small kitchen. Sales person was helpful and even explained that I could get a different set of chairs. The process was smooth and efficient. Great price! I look forward to the delivery and assembly in the next week!
