I made the mistake of buying a power recliner from Bob's with their 5 year "goof proof" warranty. I was told that if I had any issues with the chair, they'd be taken care of. I asked about the cushions, the motor/mechanism wear, structure, etc... I was told I'd have no worries, and that if they couldn't fix it, I would receive a gift card for the original purchase amount.Well, fast-forward to the chair needing repair or replacement. My visit at Bob's this time around was great. Thanks to Warren who helped me out with an error that was made by another employee 3 years ago at the same location.He is amazing. I had spent hours and hours on the phone for that issue and he took care of the whole thing like a breeze. He was pleasant, super understanding and very helpful.We were in and out of the store so fast.Thanks again Warren! Amazing customer service.
I wanted to show appreciation for the professional services of Michael Washington. He could tell that i was in a rush and needed to get in and out of the store. He gave me all the information i needed to purchase our sofa and I even picked up a dresser. I recommend anybody to see him when you visit this store

I've been to this Bobs only once. Just to check prices. The customer service was great. Everyone was happy and willing to help. I will definitely visit this store again.
Worst experience ever!!! Avoid Bob if you can.Bought tons of furniture a month ago, they tried to deliver defective furniture which I had to return, but the did it four times I got frustrated. The worst delivery crew, left the hallway & apartment dirty & don't know how to assemble the furniture.
Absolutely horrible customer service! We purchased a living room set, which was scheduled to arrive today. When it arrived, the delivery team would not take the old furniture out of the house. My wife and son were the only ones home, so I went home to help. When I arrived, I saw two grown men sitting in the truck watching my 9 year old son struggling to get the furniture out of the house.
