Just wanted to recognize the outstanding customer support extended by Ron and Monica, managers at the Hunt Valley store. We had an issue with the extended warranty for our sofa, and Ron, in particular, advocated on our behalf and secured a satisfactory resolution. We are grateful that some people, like Ron and Monica, still prioritize doing the right thing.
Constantly rescheduling after getting damaged product. Won't work around your schedule or tell you a certain time and then changes it last minute. People do have jobs! Half the people you talk to can't even speak English nor understand what parts are broke and send the wrong parts. This place in nothing but a joke. Stay far away from them! The customer DOES NOT come first for this place..only your money is what they care for
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. The furniture arrived damaged twice. I wound up scheduling for a 3rd delivery and they did not show up. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
Had purchased a Catnapper powerlift recliner for my elderly friend. The recliner got stuck in the reclined position so I filed a claim with Goof proof. Bobs promised to replace the recliner with a new one. On the date of delivery I met the delivery team from the Bobs furniture on Woodhaven Blvd in Glendale NY. One of the delivery guys seemed to be the one in charge. Started saying that this was a very unusual situation. He stated that Bobs has never had any issues with this recliner. Your customer service was so fast for me tonspend my money, but you didnt take the time to explain your delivery team doesnt deliver past the 3rd floor in an apt building. I purchased my furniture I did explain this. I have no furniture( threw out my old furniture) wasted my time and impacted my credit going through financing with furniture I dont have.
