I couldn’t believe it! I called Bob’s and in about an hour, they were here and had to replace old garage door opener. Quick, easy and no problems!
I have used them for our business needs on some issues with our garage doors and they have done good work at a reasonable price.
Steer clear!! We had him replace the bottom panel on our garage door because it was bent. He ordered the wrong panel, it was insulated when the other 3 panels were not and it was too big. He tried to charge us double what he quoted because again, it was insulated when it wasn't supposed to be. Also because it was too big it bent the top panel when it closed and made the entire door bow inward which put stress on the tracks, eventually ruining the entire door.
