Was quoted a very high price for a heater replacement part by another company in town and when I asked them to work with me because I couldn’t pay it all up front, they told me no. It forced me to get quotes from other places. So glad I did. Bob quoted me almost half the price of what they did. EDIT: I saw Bob’s response to my review and felt it necessary to mention a few of things. Not only did you deem it relevant to say things that are completely irrelevant you failed to mention how your name was inside those pads. Furthermore explain how the conditions of those pads are in any way in compliance with health and safety regulations. BEWARE!!!! If I could do a review with zero stars I would. I called Bob to have a start up done on my swamp cooler because my landlord refused to do so. We had record heat here in Barstow and I had lost a pet (more like a family member) due to heatstroke. After weeks of begging my landlord I called Bob. Bob and my landlord are friends.
