Bought a brand new HVAC system for $15,000 from them and I have had nothing but problems every year for three years now they say they’re gonna fix it and they don’t. They left holes in my ceiling didn’t put in filter into the system originally left dirt all over the top of my ceiling. He has every excuse in the world why he can’t fix a brand new HVAC system that doesn’t produce heat he put in a heat strip that’s costing me $1000 a month called them out again and now he’s delaying me for another four or five days.
