Every shop has ups and downs - its impossible to be 100% on everything all time, I dont care if you have a team of Navy SEALS fixing Hyundais- someone will eventually complain about something, legitimate or not. Culture is like climate- pervasive, subtle and obvious. The culture Bob has created is a good one.
