Missing a diamond in my wedding set and it looked dull compared to newer rings. Got it back and it look great! Bob touched up the prongs and the ring zings now. Only bad part is nice male employee talked me into sizing up a whole size due to fingers being swollen at time. I reluctantly agreed but then had to have it sized back down as it spun around on my finger to the point of almost losing it. At $71 at each sizing, that was $140 down the drain. We had bought my engagement ring on eBay, after having it awhile it stayed falling apart. I went to Bob's to see about getting my setting changed. They did a amazing job on my ring, it came out so beautiful!!!! The price was very affordable and my ring is prefect now!! I will be a repeat customer, thank you!!!!

Darlene, we do resell jewelry. The majority of it is melted but we do not represent ourselves as a refinery. We often repurpose settings and gemstones. There is no way for me to know if the setting you looked at was yours or if it has the same diamond in it you sold us. We operate very transparently and we are always honest. they bought a diamond ring from me for 650.00 I went back in to see if they still had it a year later they did even though the lady was very arrogant that it was probably not my ring it was marked 5000.00 but told me they could sell it to me for 2500.00 my ring was sized very small and I told her the exact size it was if she cared to measure when she did and it was sized like I said the only thing she would say was they do not usually keep rings after purchase that they were melted down. not very honest people
