These guys care and are the best!! I recently switched to LP at my newly remodeled house. I initially called Dead River given they had an office in my town. A Dead River rep came out to the house and took measures for the tank placement and we discuss when options regarding buying the tank verses leasing it. Overall good meeting. I started with this company having been with Fabian for twenty years.So far this winter I have paid over a thousand dollars since December.For the most part I have been very happy.Today,the day they are in my town I called to order oil.I was told they could come out in a week.When I inquired as to why they could not deliver the oil today they said their schedule for today is set and that it would be another forty dollars because I did not notify them the day before.Rrally?What kind of self respecting business operated this w... read more

So I called them at about 2:00pm, as I already had a scheduled delivery of kerosene. They told me that they had three deliveries left and that we’d be next. They straight up no call no showed. Very unprofessional, I’d get better customer service at Walmart. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others of this business’s lack of common decency. I’m sure as hell not going to get scammed into paying the $125 for them to do something that should’ve already done. Thanks for letting my pipes freeze
