Very helpful team and just a great business all around
I had to tell you about Jason Merrill. He just put a tank in on my property for street. He was very professional and knowledgeable and very very pleasant for a young guy and he helped me with anything I needed. I just wanted to tell you guys that was very, very good.
I’ve never had an order go smoothly. The inter-office communication doesn’t help that either. They’ve quoted fuel prices in person or via phone then billed me for higher rates. And their labor rates for instal/maintenance are down right disrespectful @ $140/hr. The average I found out of Waterville area is $50/hr.
These guys care and are the best!! I recently switched to LP at my newly remodeled house. I initially called Dead River given they had an office in my town. A Dead River rep came out to the house and took measures for the tank placement and we discuss when options regarding buying the tank verses leasing it. Overall good meeting.
