Only place I get fuel!
I started with this company having been with Fabian for twenty years.So far this winter I have paid over a thousand dollars since December.For the most part I have been very happy.Today,the day they are in my town I called to order oil.I was told they could come out in a week.When I inquired as to why they could not deliver the oil today they said their schedule for today is set and that it would be another forty dollars because I did not notify them the day before.Rrally?What kind of self respecting business operated this w... read more
So I called them at about 2:00pm, as I already had a scheduled delivery of kerosene. They told me that they had three deliveries left and that we’d be next. They straight up no call no showed. Very unprofessional, I’d get better customer service at Walmart. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others of this business’s lack of common decency. I’m sure as hell not going to get scammed into paying the $125 for them to do something that should’ve already done. Thanks for letting my pipes freeze
We had kerosene ordered and prepaid on Monday, and they said it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. So we waited, and waited, and waited. We called them around 2 pm and they said the driver had 2 more stops to make and then we'd be next. They never showed up, we waited outside in the car for them to show up for 4 hours and they just didn't. They didn't even call us or anything to say that it'd be delayed. If they don't show up tomorrow I will be leaving some choice words to them.
Many thanks to the folks at Bob's Cash Fuel. We ran out of gas and they came within an hour and filled us up. They get an A plus for customer service. They are also very kind and thoughtful. We are so grateful 💝
