Unfortunately I dealt with Ron L. for TWO quotes at vacant homes secured by lockbox. Ron was provided the lock box code via email for his estimate appointments. After visiting the first home and making measurements, He called on arrival to the second home and stated that he "has done this for years and used a million lockboxes" but "never seen one like this". This is a dishonest company. Three weeks after signing a contract to provide and install flooring at a specific price, my salesman Bob E. informed me that they were cancelling the order. The company could not source the product from their usual supplier. An alternate supplier had the product but at a higher price. For three weeks, I could not get a status update. My phone calls and emails were ignored. The delay resulted in a delay for delivery of equipment that I had purchased and additional expense for me.

Bob's Carpet Mart installed laminate flooring in January. It is now the middle of June. The floor creaked from day one and we told the salesman about it immediately. Since then we have had several conversations with the office manager. He keeps promising to get this fixed and asks for another day or two. Right now, their warranty means nothing.
