Very disappointed! We had an appointment for 2/10/17 and Bob called to cancel due to the weather but rescheduled for 2/17/17 at the same time, 11AM. I waited for him, left several messages and he never showed or so much as returned any of my messages. I wouldn't recommend him at all! Totally unprofessional!!!
I have used this service for several years and have been very satisfied. Prompt service, very reliable, and very clean carpets. Would recommend to others.
