Had what appeared to be a rather large coolant leak, they diagnosed it within a couple hours, maybe less, worked out my quote, Great price, and very good repair time, as they knew how important my vehicle is to me. They replaced the intake manifold, and the radiator hoses, added new coolant, leaks gone. The best of service, very friendly, and compassionate with me. Thank you Mitchell, Dennis, and Blake, you guys are amazing. Thank you Phillip

Bob's has taken very good care of me and my classic. After a half dozen carburetor rebuilds by as many mechanics.... who never got it right.... I was unbearably frustrated. Bob's was the miracle worker. It now purrs and runs great. Reliable vs getting me stranded all of the time. I highly recommend this shop.

Finding someone to work on a tri-power 67 Corvette carburetor in San Diego these days isn't easy. Most of those with experience are either retired or dead. Except Mitch at Bob's. I had a issue with a leaking carb. He had me buy the rebuild kit and once it arrived, we set a time to meet. He told me it would take 30 minutes. He was wrong. It was actually 22 including twice having to leave the desk for parts or tools. If you need help with your carb, give Mitch a call. You won't be sorry.

Called Bob's carburetor repair. I explained my problem after rebuilding my own carburetor. Explained how the engine would idle for a few seconds then die. His first response was I had a vacuum leak past the carb. Suggested a couple options. I found the vacuum leak and the engine sounds great and idles properly. No charge.
