We brought a kitchen runner in to be cut down. They did an amazing job and for a few extra bucks they fused a pad to the back of the rug. It was done in a week to our total sarsfsction The price seems very reasonable too We couldn’t he happier and they couldn’t have been nicer I highly recommend Bobs
Bob's Binding was recommended to us. But we did not have a very good experience. The woman who answers the phone is unpleasant and didn't want to schedule an appointment to get our stairs measured for a carpet runner. It was a struggle. Then our carpet was done but they never called to let me know. We waited and waited. I finally sent an email (because I didn't want to talk to that lady again) inquiring about our order and found out it was done.
