Bought a new bike at Bob's bikes, joined their group rides, and already feel like part of the community. Had a self-inflicted issue with the bike today—just stopped by and they fixed it within 2 minutes.

Got the bike spa and chain wax at Bob's for an e-bike. It's like a brand-new bike now, looking and sounding better than it ever has. The bike's a demo (bought out-of-state), and it has been loud since I got it. I could never find an answer on the forums. Now it's near silent, even at higher speeds. Amazing work- thanks, guys!
