I have some degenerated discs in my neck. I love riding my mountain bike, but the pain in my neck and shoulders was stopping me. I went in for a professional Bike Fitting. Ben was wonderful, so kind and professional and extremely empathetic. He adjusted my seat height and took some length off of each handlebar to bring my arms in closer together.
