“I have been here once to get a haircut, and it was the last time I visited this barbershop. He cut my hair in only 4 minutes; besides the haircut being very bad, my head also started itching from the lack of cleanliness there and from the tools he used, which he never cleaned. So even if it were free, it wouldn’t be worth going here.

Although I did not get a haircut, I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the man, Bob, himself. He has a few pinball machines that are playable while waiting for your cut. Turns out Bob and I both played an old 1969 Williams "Post Time" as our first tables as youngsters in the 70s. I called him to get some info and he was very kind and gracious to chat a good 15 minutes with me on the telephone, telling me his history with the great pinball hobby.
