A few weeks ago I stopped at Bob's on a the long drive. I grew up eating Bob's bbq from the start. This time I carried four Dutch guys and they loved the bbq. It was great to chat and reminisce but Bob would be proud. First class place operated by great folks
Very nice people and delicious food. My first time having "Texas BBQ" in Texas. The old school places in Georgia where I'm from do it a little differently so it was cool to see how Texas does BBQ.

I tried this place for the first time today. The first thing i noticed was how good it smelled. Then I noticed not 1 but 2 microwaves wich is never a good sign. I remained optimistic until I saw the lady that was ringing me up stick my Styrofoam container in the microwave . At this point I knew I was in for a treat. I paid the 20 bucks at this point she pulled my food out of the microwave put it in a bag and off i went. The ribs i got were dry oily and and had little flavor it was the same with the brisket.
