This was my first time coming here. It was 7 mins from my house. The skid plate was dragging and I come in and they were super nice and knowledgeable and didnt try to tack on a million other things to fix on your car unfortunately most places I have been too does that especially to women. They just fixed what I came in for. Prices are extremely reasonable. I was out of there quickly. And I will definitely be back. Thanks so much.
I brought in my Nissan Sentra for an oil change and they went above and beyond for me. They explained the difference in the oils and how some cars require different oil and why it’s priced the way it is. They’re very honest and made me feel comfortable as a woman going to an auto shop alone. They also took a quick look at the car and let me know things they found that I never would have known were damaged. They don’t force repairs or try to upsell you but instead look out for you which was super nice of them. 10/10 recommend
I had a great experience at Bob’s Auto Mechanic Shop. I brought in my 2019 Ford Ranger for an oil change and a recommended transmission flush. Brandon was the go to technician for the job and he explained that it might help with the stutter I was starting to notice at slow cruising speeds. I decided to go ahead with it — and I’m glad I did.
