Cons: Owner charged me $100 for a weld that took twenty minutes. Owner dismissively told me I would never get a refund for a car (I did get a full refund a month later). Owner says they don't let customers bring their own parts, not because they're concerned about quality but to increase profits. Pros: Bob's will do basic diagnostic checks of your car without charging you like some shops are starting to do. The staff seem to be honest and knowledgeable.

I started bringing my car here a few years ago and now I won’t go anywhere else. They are honest, reasonable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
