I had my Titan vehicle towed to Bob’s, where it was promptly dropped off. Within an hour, they provided a diagnosis and immediately commenced work on the necessary repairs, which were completed the following day. Since then, I have not experienced any further issues. The company was transparent about their pricing from the outset, and their communication was exemplary. I would confidently recommend Bob’s to my family and colleagues.

Bob’s Automotive did an excellent job repairing my son’s car after he ran over something in the road and damaged the exhaust system. From the moment we brought the vehicle in, the staff was professional, straightforward, and reassuring. They quickly identified the issue, explained the repairs in clear terms, and provided an honest estimate before starting any work. They snuck me in on <10 minutes notice and performed a pre purchase inspection that outlined numerous issues the dealership was hiding! I’m glad I spent $50 on the service and met some incredible people who ultimately saved me thousands. Not to mention the music was great

Wish I could give more stars because they seemed upfront and honest, but unfortunately I am a bit disappointed in the outcome of the service. I brought in my Alfa Romeo for a brake change but they couldn’t bring my car out of service mode due to lack of specialized equipment for my car. Not their fault, and they did put in the effort to try figure it out, which I do appreciate, but I did expect them to see it through to the end. We had a minor incident while on a road trip and needed immediate repairs. The team here was great in being able to service us quickly and professionally. They were extremely friendly as well as thorough. They brought things to our attention that we hadn't immediately considered. It was clear that they were concerned with our safety and making sure our vehicle was in good condition to get back on the road. We're very grateful for their assistance.
