Reserved U-haul track a week in advance. When we came to pick-up the track, Bob’ office was closed. U-haul territory manager tried but could not get in touch with Bob’ office. We finally went to U-haul facility at Bellerose, which is 5 miles from Bob’ Automotive Repairs.
Used this facility for U-Haul services. The owner was extremely rude and could not effectively communicate parking requirements ahead of time and threatened to have my car towed although employees gave other representations of parking.
