I called them asking what experience they had building motors, their response “we build all motors”, I then asked “what experience to you have building turbo Subaru motors?” His response “No thank you, followed by hanging up the phone... horrid customer service/that’s not how you talk to people...
Have brought our company 2004 Subaru Outback , my daughter's 2002 Toyota Prius and my 2000 Toyota Tacoma to Bob's for several years. I have always found them to be honest and to work with me on what repairs are optional and what are important for safety or longevity of the vehicle. Their prices are reasonable but not cheap. The quality of service is good and they will offer you ways to save money when possible.
We've taken our Dodge pick-up, Mercury Cougar, and Lexus 300 for regular maintenance and some replacement parts. Chuck and crew are quick, reliable, and affordable plus friendly and accommodating. We will continue to use Bob's Automotive for our auto repair.
If you want to be treated honestly and fairly this is the shop to take your car. They will diagnose and fix your car correctly the first time. They are a role model for how other shops should treat their customers
