I contacted Bob's for car issues. They told me they could do it on a Sat and would be done on mon or tues. I got no phone call or anything. Apparently the owner was in the hospital. Was sorry to hear that. After numerous searches to find someone who owns it I got in contact eith a family member who had Michelle contact me. She told me it would definitely be done that fri. I honestly can’t recommend this auto shop enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was visiting family. The woman at the front desk was so warm and friendly- it was like chatting with an old friend.
