Bought a new car, but the battery didn't even make it through the first night. Bob's went above and beyond—they let one of their employees drive up the street to give me a jump so I wasn't stranded. They didn't try to upsell me or leave me hanging. After the technician confirmed the battery was bad, I went to Advance Auto Parts. Turns out they don't install every type of battery, and I was almost left stranded in their parking lot. I've had body repairs previously done and I always get my vehicles serviced at Bob's. The staff is friendly, they always get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and it is always Waaaaaay cleaner than when I took it there. Highly recommend Paul Jr. and his team.
I had accompanied my father during his two day recent interaction/transaction of his vehicle purchase. I can say that working with Paul and acting as an interpreter for my father behalf was nothing but a pleasant experience. Paul was very transparent and honest upfront disclosing all and answering anys question formally.
