Their customer service is non-existent. Their representative is rude and lazy. First, they had no cars to rent. Then the rep told me that he had three cars coming in that afternoon and that he would call me when they arrived. He never called, I had to call him at 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm). he initially said they had no cars then he said oh one just one in.
