Not at all 24/7, drove here at 5:30am, hopefully they change their timings so people can actually find some help.
Worst service ever. They charged $45 for replacing battery(I provided the replacement battery), $135 to diagnose engine, $150 to tow the car to my house(6 milese away). And send the car with open window. It is 4 degree outside. I can't close the window because the battery is dead. I can't open another doors because it is power locked. The techinician kept saying "I don't know". After argument, he said he will come here to close the window after 6pm. But, I'm not sure he will even come. They are scammers. They have an advertisement that they are open 24 hours a day, but when you arrive at night there is no one and everything is closed. Its misleading advertising is even a crime.
