The customer service is horrible, and the work is shoddy. For instance, they installed a brand new mirror for me and the controls for it didn't work. Instead of doing the work to find a truck bed in good condition for me, they installed one that was dented up. If you want to talk to the manager, don't be surprised if he acts as if you're invisible.
