Bob and his team were very helpful replacing a worn out, air leaking, tire patch on my rental car. He recommended getting a replacement vehicle as a supplemental tire gash on another tire sidewell was dangerous. He was both honest and quick. 5 Stars for Bob.
After having all maintenance and routine work performed on my vehicle for 8 years at the same garage (a national chain) I made a tragic error this past November 2024. I noticed a leak from the front of my vehicle and also needed a state of Maine inspection. When I attempted to make an appointment with my regular garage they were booked several weeks out. The most inept, dishonest and unprofessional "auto repair garage" ever! Positive reviews come from tourists needing simple battery and tire repairs along with local seniors who don't know they're being scammed. Tow your problem to any other place. The local high school auto class would do better. Arrive with one problem and leave with multiple new ones...but by all means...go here.
Good service, they were not able to replace my tire, but provided support very quickly. Recommend places where it can be done in quick time.
I am traveling on vacation over 1000 miles from home and pulling a fifth wheel. A wrench light came up on my truck dash. I checked everything as best I could and couldn't find anything. The light was still on so I went to Bob. He stopped what he was doing and immediately checked the codes on my computer. He even lubricated my hood latch for me.
