So unreliable that even the link above belongs to an auto shop in California. If you go here be prepared to dig deep for parts you didn't even know belonged in a car.
Everytime I go to this shop its at least a grand. I thought it was because our cars were garbage, but as it turns out Im not really sure if they actually did the work they claimed. My daughter bought a used car that started overheating and a friend suggested changing the thermostat. I took it to Bobs to have it done. They claimed to have put a used one in and it was still overheating so they suggested a complete engine rebuild that would cost at least $2000. Lowest prices, fastest service and quality workmanship! These guys got my car fixed in less than two days and for a price that was almost half of what everyone else wanted to charge. New parts? They do it. Used parts? They'll do that too. They even have a sizeable collection of used parts that they'll sell for below-junkyard prices. Make no mistake about it, this place is the best in Troy! I strongly recommend them over everyone else. They just can't compete with the service and pricing!
